Abstract

The benefits of all lighting systems are currently measured in terms of orthodox photometry and colorimetry. These systems underlie quantification of candelas and lumens and of CRI and CCT. Although precise, these two measurement systems limit our collective ability to provide benefits and, therefore, value in many lighting applications.
