Abstract
This paper describes the Multiwavelength Monolithic Integrated Fiber Optic Terminal (MMIFOT) being developed by MDAC-STL under the sponsorship of NASA/JSC. The first phase of this program has addressed the development of a monolithic integrated optical receiver/demultiplexer chip for an ei qht channel wavelength multiplexed fiber optic link. Under the second phase of this program a transmitter/multiplexer chip will be developed.
