Abstract
A simulation computer model of the optoelectronic path of the active-pulse visualization system is developed, which allows to analyze the influence of the atmospheric channel on the efficiency of the system as a whole. Most attention is paid to the effect of backscattering noise on the output image, as the most significant factor that reduces the contrast between the object and the background. The model provides an estimated-information support of the process of CT scan imaging optical-electronic systems. The basic mathematical relations underlying the model are given.
