Abstract
We demonstrate a 100-Gb/s/λ 4-ary pulse amplitude modulation (PAM4)-QSFP28 transceiver operated under C-temp range (0 °C -70 °C) and 5.87 W power consumption. A receiver sensitivity of -9.6 dBm is obtained at BER=10-12, and an 80-km C-band SSMF transmission can be reached with high chromatic dispersion tolerance.
