Abstract
In this paper, we present new results that support the presence of a sea clutter attractor. In particular, we show that sea clutter waveform is deterministic, matchable almost exactly by the output of a nonlinear neural network model with enough degrees of freedom fairly close to the dimension of the attractor. The results presented herein are based on real-life radar data collected with an instrumentation-quality research facility.
