Abstract
The task of the infrared remote camera optical-mechanical system is to integrate the various parts of the camera into a whole and provide them with a stable and reliable working platform. Considering that the system must experience harsh vibration and high-low temperature environment during satellite launch and in-orbit operation, the structural design must be high rigidity, high strength, and low weight. The overall technical plan of the optical-mechanical system according to the technical index requirements required by the overall system is completed and the design ideas and implementation points of the key components is elaborated. The focus is on the application of graphite fiber reinforced aluminum-based composite materials in the structure of the lens barrel and the magnetic lock-torque device control technology of the moving parts in the calibration mechanism. Related technology can be applied to the development of other compact infrared cameras.
