Abstract
With the rapid development of 5G, cloud computing, big data, Internet of Things, mobile Internet and other services, the bandwidth demand for transport network is growing rapidly. The existing transport networks based on N×100Gbit/s technology, especially the long distance backbone networks are encountered capacity bottlenecks, urgently requiring larger capacity technology networking. In order to achieve high-capacity transmission, the industry launched 200Gbit/s, 400Gbit/s and other solutions in the field of ultra-100Gbit/s, and each technology due to modulation mode differences appear different implementation techniques. In this paper, we analyze the N×200Gbit/s technology for large-scale application in the existing long distance transport network, in terms of demand background, working mechanism of single-channel 200Gbit/s PDM-16QAM and PDM-QPSK, long distance transmission performance and key factors analysis, N×200Gbit/s long distance system design.
