Abstract
Two methods for decreasing variation due to additive noise into an image are compared: •First method is based on Hartley transformation. and optimal adaptive linear filtering In Hartley domain (In sense of minimal mean-square error). • The second method is a filter fitting to the singular value spectrum of a noisy matrix.
