Abstract

Total-environment full-scale accelerated pavement loading facility is a necessary equipment for road testing and evaluation quickly. An ALT-F600 is developed which can realize data collection, analysis and intelligent control of corresponding parameters. The structure and environment unit are introduced in brief. The embedded full environment simulation space is reduced to 52m³, which is more than 40 times smaller than the external workshop environment simulation space, and the energy consumption is reduced by more than 85%.
