Abstract
With the rapid development of industrial reform and power system reform, power grid enterprises have been deeply aware of the importance of digital transformation, and urgently need to speed up the internal reform to improve the quality of enterprise development. This paper analyzes the theoretical logic and action mechanism of digital transformation to promote high-quality development, constructs the digital transformation evaluation index system, and uses the Expert Scoring Method and Analytic Hierarchy Process Model to calculate the weight of each index of digital transformation and development of power grid enterprises. On this basis, it evaluates the digital transformation of power grid enterprises, so as to guide and help the digital transformation of power grid enterprises.
