Abstract
Short rental apartments, Minshuku, also known as Homestay or B & B, which are usually scattered housings with frequent rental personnel replacement come along with security risks, and complex management problems. Intelligent door lock can solve the problems for the Minshuku owners by remote control. The research and development of door locks are changing with each passing day with more functions. However, in the scenario of Minshuku, factors that can affect the user experience of intelligent door lock haven’t been exhaustively investigated. Investigates with the Minshuku users were carried in this paper, factors affecting user experience were analyzed by APH and conclusions were drawn by Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation for intelligent door lock assessment.
