Abstract
Based on the large carbon emissions of ports and shipping carbon emissions trading market launched nationwide, the paper researched emission reduction of port and shipping supply chain considering consumer's low carbon preference under the carbon trading mechanism and established a game model of port and shipping supply chain under the low-carbon preference of consumers. The optimal decision-makings of the port and shipping supply chain are compared under the circumstances of whether ports reduce emissions and whether shipping enterprises invest. The results show that the low-carbon preference of consumers can increase the emission level of port, there will be a phenomenon of shipping enterprises free-riding only when port reduce emissions, but cooperation between port and shipping company to reduce emissions can eliminate this phenomenon. And port has the highest level of emission reduction in cooperation with shipping enterprises.
