Abstract
With the improvement to China's living standards, the production of household garbage also increases, soda cans, plastic water bottles and other beverage packaging accounted for 30 percent of the household garbage. At present, the recycling of beverage bottles mainly relies on manual sorting, which is low in efficiency and easy to cause secondary pollution, resulting in the low utilization rate of beverage bottles. In this paper, a new type of beverage bottle recycling device is proposed, which integrates three functions of compressed beverage bottle, classification of beverage bottle according to the material, and centralized treatment of the waste liquid in the bottle, making the recycling more efficient. The mechanical design and partial structure of the device are analyzed in this paper. The new installation can reduce the transportation cost of beverage bottles, improve residents ' environmental awareness, improve the urban landscape, and reduce the burden of waste transfer stations.
