Abstract

Several approaches to synthesis morphine has been introduced such as nine-step synthesis. And approach using Mannich reaction, approach Frequently use of the reductive hydroamination protocol in the synthesis of morphine. In order to understand more, their advantages and disadvantages has been summarized. From the view of yield, experimental conditions and marketing to analysis different approaches. Justifications and improvements of the drawback has been investigated which are important to the future researches.
