Abstract
This paper proposes a dynamic characteristics optimization approach based on the combination of particle swarm optimization and projection pursuit analysis. According to the working conditions of the mechanical equipment, a prestressed simulation modal analysis model of the mechanical system is established. An experimental test platform is designed to verify the accuracy of the simulation modal analysis model. Combined with the results of experimental and simulation analysis, the dynamic characteristics of the mechanical system need to be optimized. The axial parameters of the system are selected as the optimization parameters, and the complete quadratic polynomial response surface model of the optimization objective is obtained. The particle swarm optimization algorithm takes the natural frequency of the system as the optimization objective and the static deformation of the system as the constraint. The natural frequency of the optimized system is 20% higher than the original natural frequency. According to the positive and negative ratio of the optimization parameters to the natural frequency, the influence of the optimization parameters on the natural frequency of the system is proved by projection pursuit analysis, which provides a theoretical basis for further optimizing the dynamic characteristics of the mechanical system.
