Abstract
In this paper, the endoscopic inspection process of BOSS weld is researched by combining the specification structure and manufacturing process of typical BOSS weld in the primary system of a nuclear power plant, and through the selection of suitable endoscopic inspection equipment, probes and lens components, the BOSS weld mock-ups with artificial defects are inspected and verified.Exploring a rational and effective endoscopic inspection process can provide the necessary technical support for selecting a solution to deal with BOSS weld quality problems.
