Abstract
D&A system plays a huge role in the evolution of Big Data. In order to better evaluate and optimize the company's D&A system. We used relevant data from five port freight companies and proposed three indicators to measure the company's research and development maturity by establishing a multiple linear regression model. We also used Netlogo to simulate port transportation and proposed hypothetical reference values for detention volume. In addition, we used Analytic Hierarchy Process to determine the weights of variables and compared them with the results of linear regression models, proving the accuracy of the model. Finally, we simulate the data of small-scale ports and trucking companies using the adapted model respectively and proved that our model has good applicability in industries of different sizes and other industries except for ports.
