Abstract
Mold manufacturing enterprises belong to typical "design + manufacturing + production" type manufacturing companies, with strong customization in design, a certain degree of standardization in processing, and precision as a characteristic of their products. To adapt to these characteristics of the mold industry, this article proposes the construction architecture of an intelligent factory for the mold industry based on Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS). Building upon this architecture, three modes are proposed: user-centric interactive product design, highly automated mold processing, and intelligent warehousing and logistics management. These modes aim to achieve digitization, networking, and intelligence in the mold industry.
