Abstract
A quantitative estimate of indirect ICT-enabled social emission reduction by China Telecom is conducted based on GHG protocol methodology. Top ICT use cases supported by China Telecom with most emission reductions are identified. Regarding the business development trends of China Telecom, the future ICT-enabled emission reduction potential in 2025 is also predicted.
