Abstract

The digitization of communication networks has become a global theme, faced with passive transmission network resources, how to achieve digital management and maintenance is a challenge. This paper combines the current digital technology and the actual network condition, to provide a common solution for the digitization of passive transmission network resources,and lays a solid foundation for network intelligence.
