Abstract
This paper analyzes the principle of low-nitrogen burner modification and discusses the impact of low-nitrogen burner modification on boiler operation. The target unit underwent a low-nitrogen burner retrofit. The testers tested the cold and hot performance, analyzed the operating characteristics of the unit after transformation, and pointed out the direction of operation optimization. This paper summarizes the operation characteristics of dozens of low-nitrogen burners after transformation, analyzes the problems and corresponding optimization measures of low-nitrogen burners of different capacity units, and provides suggestions for the optimal operation of low-nitrogen burners after transformation.
