Abstract
The asymmetric flow between facilities and the location of fixed facilities are ignored in the current unidirectional loop layout research, which is inconsistent with the actual situation of the production shop. On this basis, the unidirectional loop layout problem considering the asymmetric flow between facilities and the specific location of facilities is proposed. To minimize the material handling cost, a mixed integer programming model is constructed, and the precision solution optimizer LINGO is used to solve small-scale examples to verify the correctness of the model. In order to improve the efficiency of the algorithm, heuristic rules are designed to ensure that all the solutions are feasible when generating the initial solutions, and the genetic algorithm is improved by combining adaptive crossover, adaptive mutation and nested simulated annealing algorithm. Finally, the double threshold stop criterion is used to remove the number of redundant cycles. Firstly, the algorithm is used to solve small-scale problems, and the results are compared with the exact solutions to verify the correctness of the algorithm. Secondly, the proposed algorithm is used to solve 15 examples in the 4-49 scale, and the results are compared to verify the efficiency of the proposed algorithm. Finally, taking the field investigation enterprise as an example, the layout of the security door production line in the production workshop was optimized, and the proposed adaptive genetic simulated annealing algorithm was applied to solve the problem.
