Abstract
Aiming at the problem of high carbon emission level of park-type comprehensive energy system, it is proposed to build a monitoring system for carbon emission in parks. The regional electricity carbon emission factor is an important basis for the accounting of indirect carbon emissions from electricity consumption by enterprises, and the reduction of carbon emissions from electricity consumption is an important part of the "3060" target. As the "double carbon" practice continues to evolve in the direction of accurate carbon control[1], accurate measurement of carbon emissions from electricity consumption and guiding the decarbonization of electricity consumption behavior are the two key handles for carbon reduction. As the practice of "dual carbon" continues to evolve in the direction of precise carbon control, accurate measurement of carbon emissions from electricity consumption and guiding the decarbonization of electricity consumption behavior are the key grasps for the two carbon reductions, and the dynamic electricity carbon emission factor is the key bridge to carry out the construction of carbon emission monitoring.
