Abstract
In recent years, the increasing requirements for energy conservation and emission reduction by the country, as well as the continuous operation of high-efficiency and low consumption new energy points, have made the operating situation of coal-fired power plants increasingly severe. While new energy such as wind power and photovoltaics continue to develop rapidly, how to absorb new energy generation has become a key factor restricting the development of new energy. Actively carrying out flexibility transformation of coal-fired power units to improve their adaptability and regulation capabilities is an inevitable choice for the development of coal-fired power units. In order to improve the heating reliability of the unit and enhance the comprehensive energy supply transformation and development capability of the enterprise, this article proposes a technical solution for a power plant in Shanxi Province that combines electric boiler decoupling technology and thermal storage tank decoupling technology. After analysis, the solution can meet the maximum heating demand during the heating period and has good economic benefits. It provides a new solution for power plants in China to achieve heating transformation in deep peak shaving environments, and has high practicality and promotion value.
