Abstract
The report will include discussion of following topics: 1. Various ways of realization of high (subwavelength) spatial resolution of laser spectroscopy. 2. Conception of laser photoion (photoelectron) microscopy and ultimate spatial resolution of this technigue. 3. Femtosecond multiphoton laser ionization of biomolecules on surface. 4. Discussion of potential difficult problems which to be solved on the way of its realization.
