Abstract
Regular reflection spectroscopy with Kramers-Kronig data treatment on strongly absorbing and scattering samples, such as as-received ceramics, yield the best results at near-grazing incidence measurements. An optical model including effective media models and stepwise approximation of the gradient-like interface has been adapted to this type of sample.
