Abstract
A method of superimposing computed tomography (CT) and immunoscintigraphic (IS) single photon emission tomography (SPET) pelvic images is applied to patients with suspected cancer recurrence. Bone scintigraphy (BS) SPET recorded at the same time as IS allows a fully automatic geometric registration using bone structures. Resulting fused CT-BS and CT-IS images are displayed in a bicolor red-gray scale.
