Abstract

Thin-film Y-Ba-Cu-O Josephson junctions were fabricated with a photolithographic method. The junctions showed clear Shapiro steps under 94GHz irradiation. Harmonic mixing up to the number 55 was observed at a temperature of 77K and a frequency of 94GHz.
