Abstract
The results of solving selfmatching scattering problem of p-polarized in- frared and submi 11 imeter waves on diffraction grating antennas of finite length near surface electromagnetic waves (SEW) excitation resonances are pre- sented. The influence of finite size of grating antenna on the amplitude of SEW is defined by the dependence of wave number value of SEW from grating length and dismatching between SEW lines on the grating and plane surface.
