Abstract

A slab waveguide CO₂ laser excited by microwave has been constructed to obtain the output in identical phase locking coherence in far-field. In the first part of this paper, the construction of a microwave excited waveguide resonator is determined. Calculations on the design of a slab CO₂ optical waveguide are shown in the second part, while theoretical estimate of output is given in the third part. Finally, the experiment is reported.
