Abstract

The new amplifier of millimeter (MM) and submillimeter (SBMM) wave bands named as orofemitronl is introduced.The fundamentals of the construction are discussed and the most promising designs are pointed out. On the basis of thetheory developed the ultimate output parameters of the orofemitron are estimated.
