Abstract
Photoinduced transformations and holographic recording in light-sensitive materials made of a- Se, As-Se glass-containing multilayer structures are investigated. It is shown that the value, direction (positive, negative_, and reversibility of optical parameters change under HeNe laser lighting at holographic recording and thermal erasing is operated by material composition and formation of submicron layered structures.
