Abstract
Results from long term testing of liber grating sensors at high temperatures are presented. Experimental test results are also presented on their high temperature strain response. Creep of the liber under load appeared to be a problem at 650 C and higher, and calculations were made to estimate die significance of Ge diffiision from die core at high temperatures.
