Abstract
We have developed a pair of autonomous mobile robots that have been programmed to navigate benign, though unstructured, natural terrain. The impetus behind our creations is to perform research on mobile robot autonomy, and to test our results by competing in the annual AUVS (Association for Unmanned Vehicle Systems) ground vehicle competition.
