Abstract
The principle and method of straightness curvature measurement by using tangent method and the creation of its theoretical made is introduced in this paper, and the measurement system made up of position-sensitive-device, auxiliary electrical circuit and personal computer is generalized also, the error source of this system is provided and the way to improve precision is discussed as well. At the end of this paper the experiment results are given out. The results proved that this system is high- efficient, high-reliable and high-precise, and can be applied in the measurement of certain kinds of shape and position error.
