Abstract
Spectrally encoded code division multiple access (CDMA) systems using a complementary bipolar mechanism has been considered the most suitable way to implement CDMA on optical fiber system by many people in this paper, we present a proposed bipolar complementary spectrally encoded optical CDMA system based on a cascaded Mach-Zehnder encoder chain filter and give an analysis on the capacity limit of such systems.
