Abstract
Modern developments of the RIPT for investigation of radiation characteristics in fast processes (in the nano- and subnanosecond range) are presented. These are semiconductor detectors based on new materials) for soft X-ray radiation, multichannel vacuum X-ray detectors, electron-optical image converters and recorders, optical and X-ray frame and streak cameras based on new materials. Analog and digital recorders (10 GHz), digital TV-recorders for X-ray radiation using CCD- arrays. Digital time interval measuring devices, analog and digital converters and other recorders. Radiation generators and calibration stands for metrological certification of X-ray detectors and recorders.
