Abstract
In this paper there is considered technique for the remote determination of scattering media optical characteristics based upon the concept of absence of a priori information. This technique includes the acquisition of reference values from measured signals themselves, which are informative relative to the determined characteristics, as well as the correction of the signals for the degree of changes of medium qualitative composition.
