Abstract

Starting with some recall on the work done by Pierre et Jacqueline Bertrand, who introduced the use of phase space representations in radar imaging, we will try to show the strong connection existing between generalized wavelets, time-frequency distributions, and various areas of radar imaging (especially Synthetic Aperture Radar imaging).
