Abstract
This article show the experimental results of investigation of space ionization radiation resistance made on linear charge coupled device (CCD) RL2048DAQ-011 of the firm EG&G Reticon during components certification for Sun coordinates sensor and Earth center sensor, designed by Research and Production Enterprise 'OPTECS' for spacecraft 'Yamal' with active life period at least 10 years.
