Abstract
In this paper we present a technique for the determination of the linestrength of SF6 and OsO4 transitions that occur in coincidence with the CO2 laser lines at 10 μm. The absorption coefficient is measured at different gas pressure in the cell using an experimental set-up formed by two CO2 lasers: one for the absorption measurement and the other one for the frequency reference. From the absorption profile fit it is possible to determine the linestrength value. The numerical results and the associated uncertainty budget will be given at the conference.
