Abstract
The deterioration of ecological environment in arid areas has restricted economic development and the improvement of people's living standards. Therefore it is necessary to implement the construction of ecological environment in sustainable development of economy. This paper consists of three parts. The first part introduces the present status of western ecological environment. The second part analyses issues of information unsymmetry. First, it explains meanings of game theory and other concepts concerned. Then it analyses the reasons that game behaviors emerge. Last it analyses game behaviors caused by information unsymmetry between central government and local governments and between central government and individuals in the construction of ecological environment. Advice and measures are put forward in the last part.
