Abstract
Modern climatic viewpoint integrated common understanding and recognition of modern climatology separately. It reaches "viewpoint" and becomes new conception after epurating. Modern climate theory includes: The viewpoints of climatic system, climatic resource, climatic environment, climatic change and climatic hierarchy.
