Abstract
The three-dimensional reconstruction has become a hot research field of remote sensing. In this paper, a quality control strategy of the three-dimensional reconstruction is put forward. Firstly, the typical 3D reconstruction procedure based on remote sensing image is introduced and the steps generating errors during the process are discussed as well. Secondly, by summarizing the basic rules and the requirement of the precision index, the authors provide certain guidance and reference of the three-dimensional reconstruction projects. Thirdly, a quality control process is adopted as a strategy to guarantee the correctness of the reconstructing mode by the case study of Zurich 3D reconstruction project; the standard of 3D reconstruction including data source control, precision of quality control, course control, and production control is discussed, Finally, the authors cite several international joint projects in the category of the three-dimensional urban reconstruction to sum up and prove the validity and feasibility of the strategy mentioned in this paper.
