Abstract
Mode structure of semiconductor lasers may be scrutinized closely by reconstructed hologram image analysis if one use specially prepared test object. On the other hand specially selected mode structure of illumination enables to test surface condition. We make good use of Lippmann-Bragg holography setup to achieve these purposes.
