Abstract
In this work we present results of the given intensity distribution formation in the far-field by means of extracavity and intracavity techniques. In both cases we consider formation by means of flexible mirror composed of semipassive bimorph element. As extracavity technique we apply iterative Gerchberg-Saxton algorithm and as intracavity one we consider genetic algorithm of mirror voltage control.
