Abstract
Scaling in the fluctuations structure of laser radiation diffracting on the random fractal screens and propagating through the turbulent media was investigated. It is found out that the radiation diffracted on fractal and multiractal screens obtains stable fractal properties. In this case fractal dimension of the diffracted radiation intensity and phase coincides with that of the screen. Scaling in laser beams propagating through the random media manifests itself stably in random displacements of beam "center of gravity. More distinctly fractality is observed when characteristic sizes of turbulent inhomogeneities exceed laser beam diameter.
