Abstract
A novel fiber-optic interferometric structured light generator has been developed and demonstrated. Fiber-optic structured light generator is consists of three PM fibers. The square and hexagon grid interferometric fringe pattern by using three PM fibers have been designed and demonstrated. The design and fabrication method of fiber optic interferometric structured light generators are discussed. Theoretically, the three-fiber coherence optical intensities distribution is simulated and the experimental results compared with the simulation results are also presented and discussed. This optical field structured light generator can be used for Moire interferometric profilometry.
