Abstract
On the basis of elaborated theoretical models of class-A lasers, confirmed in the experiments, new regularities of vector-field laser dynamics have been established: the mechanism of spontaneous pulsations arising - competition between active medium and empty cavity anisotropies, the mechanism of arising of complicated (chaotic and stochastic) oscillations - stochastization of a periodical regime with oscillations of one of the waves near lasing threshold, the phenomena of polarization and phase symmetry breaking, the effects of polarization-phase dynamics, reflecting the influence of polarization of electromagnetic wave on its phase.
