The requirements of the space remote sensor for weather observation, ocean observation, disaster prediction, resource exploration and environment detection in China are researched and concluded. Based on the status of the earth observation system, considering the development layout of the Chinese space disaster observation system, the prediction of the Chinese space disaster observation system some suggestions are proposed.
